well it didnt completely come off yet, but the entire nail would be off. its just the inner part of it is barely attached to my toe. thus, it could come off any second now. i’m thinking of just completely taking off the toenail, otherwise it will just further annoy me as i cant even put my socks on without feeling pain
do i need to apply some kind of anti-fungus treatment or something on my toe once the toe-nail comes off? or would just wearing a band-aid be ok?

I have a nail fungus on that nail, and I am doing a treatment for it (alterning tee tree oil and vinegar) but yesterday when I was trimming that toe nail, half of my nail came off… and I stopped because I am sure the rest was coming off too…
Please anyone with that experience?

No it does not hurt when I wear shoes. It only hurts when i apply the tea tree oil or vinegar on the nail. Otherwise I am fine…
Don’t worry it’ll grow in time. It’s just that it will not be in good shape and color anymore plus you have to cure your fungal infection. Go to your doctor now and ask for prescribed fungal treatments.

it takes a while to cure nail fungus, dont put any nail polisher,
soak in hot salted water, bleach like the other person said might work,,it is not dangerous.

I had this for around a month. It was too late to the RICE treatment so I’ve been soaking it in Hot water with salt. The pain has reduced but it’s still swollen.

okay so heres the deal im only 14 and ive had it since i could remember
i hate it its yelllow and nasty and im afraid to show my friends
so i had previously gone to get it checked and they clipped my toe-nail
off and it hurt!!!!
but yet again it came back even with the treatment (sigh)
so now ive ignored it……………
but lately whenever i lay down my toenail hurts like crazy!!
i dnt see the problem my toe seems fine except for the fungus
does anybody know the reason for this did something develop?
and beside that i want to get it removed again but this time ive been looking into laser nail fungus removal
yet im not sure but i do not want to go through the pain

My wife had sever toe nail surgeries for toe nail fungus no result…..I want to apply now these three treatments to her on daily basis, vinegar, vicksvaporup and tea tree oil can any one tel me i can use all three on daily basis or which is best in ur view and how i should use it……thanks
I guess the doctor doesn’t realize that vinegar has cured thousands of cases of toenail fungus. I doubt he is even a doctor, since everyone knows that antibiotics are for bacterial infections….NOT fungal ones.
