what chemicals kill the fungus?

Vinegar is 5% acetic acid, it prevents the fungus from growing. My dad used to have to do this, he used the white distilled vinegar to soak his feet in. You’d have to check, maybe with a foot doctor or go to a natural health food store to find out exactly how and what you should do. Good luck.
