be clean always… used washed sucks everyday don’t use it over and over again… and try to put foot powder everyday…

try putting some bleach or vinegar on a q-tip and applying it to your toe nails – then cutting your toe nail back gradually to let new nail grow in – you could also try a prescription form your doc. but it is expensive , takes 3 months and is harmful for your liver in other words not worth it , in my opinion – anyway good luck

I’ve read that Vick’s Vapo-rub works. Apply it to your toenails twice per day.

Make an appointment with a podiatrist who will most likely write you a script for Lamisil. The medication can take up to one year to eradicate the fungi. BTW: positively hate their commercial with the dermatophytes.
