Lamisil if money is no object. Otherwise, Sporanox will do. More risk of liver toxicity with Sporanox. Both have same treatment time (the amount of time it takes to grow new toenails).

Sporanox (itraconazole) deposits on the sites where fungi will grow, so, as new skin grows (epidermis), or new nails grow fungi will not be able to survive. Is a slow but excellent way to fight fungi. Treatment lasts up to 9 months in toe´s nails.
